CCE Design Associates provided civil engineering design services and value engineering services for this charter school located in the Florence/Firestone area of Los Angeles (under the jurisdiction of the County of LA). This site included a substantial grading element as well as right-of-way dedication and roadway improvements to LA County standards. Stormwater treatment for this site originally included a large infiltration basin that was ultimately revised to be subsurface infiltration, allowing the students to have a level playing field in lieu of a depressed treatment area.
