CCE Design Associates provided civil engineering design services for this 5 story apartment building in southwest Los Angeles which has since been sold to the City of Los Angeles as supportive housing. Our scope of work included grading plans, utility plans, and LID plans for stormwater treatment. Additionally, we assisted the owner in obtaining service through LADWP. Similar to other projects in the city core, the lack of available open space made stormwater treatment a challenge on this site due to stringent standards of the City of Los Angeles LID permit. We were able to handle this project through deep infiltration by use of a drywell.
