Our project on Etting Road is an infill development on a flat site in south Oxnard. Designed with sustainability in mind, the building touts solar power and other building features, which allow the site to meet all city and county stormwater treatment criteria. The first ¾” of rain from all storm events will infiltrate back into the water table and water that leaves the site will be treated as well, with trash capture for all storm events included.
