CCE Design Associates has been involved in the three-phase Lockwood Street Apartment project throughout its entirety. This development includes 341 affordable senior apartments currently under construction on two adjacent lots. The layout and utility locations required all utilities for the second lot to route through an easement on the first lot, leading to a highly congested and challenging utility design. To address this, our team created a detailed 3D underground utility design, ensuring no conflicts. This meticulous approach led to a successful construction without issue. The third phase of this project has recently been entitled by the City of Oxnard and will soon enter the design phase. This will add an additional 234 market-rate apartments to the overall Lockwood project.
