CCE Design Associates is under contract to complete entitlement-level design and site civil engineering for the High Street Depot project. Once complete, this project will include 82 apartment units, restaurant and retail space, and a public “Village Green” area that will be used for city events. These are anticipated to include street fairs and festivals, “Movies in the Park”, and similar events. In addition, this project is located directly adjacent to the Moorpark Amtrak/Metrolink train station, allowing for a unique living situation for the project’s residents. Many of the units will be live/work units, which will provide the ability for the tenants to work out of a home office while being a train ride away from downtown Los Angeles.
